"I'm a software developer, musician, husband and dad. I put my faith in God higher than anything else, and I believe that everything else is better for it! I play many instruments, having composed a lot of music, in fact I enjoy creating music as much as creating software solutions — it just doesn't pay very well! I've lived in England my whole life, living at the very edge of London so that I can enjoy peaceful walks in the countryside with my family."
"At the time I was a contractor looking for new work, and I was introduced to Quipper through an agency. I was immediately intrigued by Quipper's vision and platform, and felt that here was an opportunity to be a part of building something that could potentially make a huge difference. I wanted to be a part of Masa's vision for disrupting the way the world does education, and haven't looked back since."
"The impact we make became very real to me when I heard parents' voices for myself in the Philippines. Several shared that their children stopped playing games and spent less time on social network sites; instead they are proactively doing homework and enjoying their study, all thanks to Quipper! When many of those same parents eagerly signed up for the premium service, what was more important to me than the money we'd make was seeing with my own eyes how much they believed in what are doing."
"I was born and lived most of my life in Craiova, a small city in Romania. After I graduated from my Masters I moved to London looking for new opportunities and life experiences, and I must admit that moving here has impacted me more than I thought it would. I was planning to go back to my homeland after 1-2 years and here I am after almost 4 years :) I love my family, I love my friends and I love to travel! I'm not really into sports or music but I love running and taking long walks :)"
"I was quite new in London when I heard Quipper was looking for an Office Administrator. I went to the interview, shy and scared, but since I walked into the office I knew I was going to stay. There was a mix of nationalities: British, Japanese, Italian, French, Dutch, Spanish, Lithuanian (probably some more that I can't even remember) that made me feel comfortable. I also got very excited of Masa's vision "distributors of wisdom" so I joined the revolutionary journey when it was just starting. I grew up with Quipper and I consider myself lucky for having the opportunity to witness and contribute to the company's growth."
"Not as much as before but we're still a mix of nationalities and cultures: British, Japanese, Turkish, Romanian and a Brazilian developer who will join soon. We have a nice bright office on the river side with an amazing view of the famous clock tower Big Ben and we have a ping pong table! :)"
